Step 1 – Initial Consultation

We begin with an initial phone conversation to discuss the areas of your home you would like support with. If you are local, I can also offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation in your home.

This gives us the opportunity to talk through your goals, the challenges you may be facing, and how I can best support you. From there we agree on the best approach and schedule a convenient time to begin your first session.


Step 2 – Declutter & Organise

During our session we focus on one room or area at a time, carefully sorting through your belongings together. We make decisions step by step so the process feels manageable and never overwhelming.

If you feel unsure about an item, I’ll gently guide you with thoughtful questions to help you decide what truly deserves a place in your home — always without pressure or judgement. Once we’ve decluttered, I help organise what remains so everything is easy to find and maintain, creating simple systems that support your daily life.

 

Step 3 – Finishing Touches
 

At the end of the session, I can take away any donations for local charity shops and help you create a plan for recycling, selling, or responsibly removing unwanted items.

This may be a one-off session or the start of several sessions, depending on your space and goals. Many clients find that once they start decluttering, they quickly enjoy the benefits of a simpler, more organised home.
