I provide a free 30 minute consultation, this can be by phone or in person. My hourly rate is £30 per hour with a minimum booking of 3 hours.
I cover all areas in Devon, anywhere up to 15 miles from Dawlish for free, and a charge 45p per mile thereafter. Payment is due at the end of each session by card payment, bank transfer or cash and a 50% deposit is required to secure your first booking.
Absolutely not. You are always in control of what stays and what goes. I guide and support you in making decisions, but nothing is removed without your consent.
This depends on how big the job is and how quickly you can make decisions on what to keep and what to let go of. I will help you to remain focused but most sessions typically last between 3–6 hours, depending on the space and your goals. Larger projects can be split across multiple sessions. The minimum booking time is for 3 hours.
Transportation of one carload of items to a charity shop is included for free in every season.
If you have more items to remove I can suggest local charities or services for responsible removal. You may also have things you can sell, and I can assist or advise you on this too.
No need at all. This is a judgment-free service. I’ve seen all kinds of homes and situations, my goal is to help, not judge.
Don’t worry, I am used to supporting older clients and those with health or mobility challenges. I need you present for making decisions on what to keep and I will take care of the rest. We will always work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
I am happy to do light cleaning, like wiping shelves and cupboards as we go, but the focus is on decluttering and organising, I don’t offer a full cleaning service.
No. We usually declutter first then decided what storage solutions are actually needed. I always aim to reuse any of your existing storage and then suggest any additional storage solutions you might need after that. This avoids wasting money on unnecessary products.
Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is extremely important and all sessions are completely confidential. I will never discuss my client work with a third party, unless agreed by you.
Definitely. I don’t just organise your space, I aim to help you create habits and systems so you can maintain it going forward.
